The "Nothing But Nets" Campaign
Nothing But Nets is a global, grassroots campaign to raise awareness and funding to combat malaria, one of the largest killers of children in Africa. The people of The United Methodist Church, along with Sports Illustrated, NBA Cares, the United Nations Foundation and others, are raising funds to purchase bed nets to end malaria.

The Gay Men's Support Ministry is a peer support group for gay men in their middle and aging years to share stories of journey, seek and lend emotional support regarding life issues, and have open discussions in a safe, comfortable place of community. The group meets Monday evenings from 7:30 - 9 PM in the Parish Center of St. Joseph Catholic Church, located at 732 18th Avenue East on Capitol Hill.
